Terms & Conditions

Music Together® Forest Song

General Terms & Conditions

As a willing participant in classes at Music Together® Forest Song, my family, caregivers, and I agree to the following:

Refund Policy: Part of your tuition is a non-refundable $50 administration fee.  If you cancel your enrollment prior to the start of class, your tuition will be applied to a future class, less the $50 administration fee.  Please note that no refunds will be given after the completion of registration and payment, except on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the center director.  No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. Families are responsible for class attendance. Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but can be scheduled via our make-up scheduler if available.

Class Cancellations: Music Together® Forest Song reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or location changes. In such a case, we will make every effort to place you in another class. If we cannot place you in another class, a full refund will be issued.

Auto-Enrollment Option: Families who register for the fall session (Sept - Nov) have the option to participate in auto-enrollment for the winter and spring sessions. Families may opt-in or out at any time by emailing [email protected]

Teacher Absence:   If a teacher is sick and unable to hold class as usual, one of three options will occur: (1) a sub will be provided, (2) class will be rescheduled, though it may not be on your regularly scheduled class day, or (3) class will be held via Zoom.

Make-Up Classes: Families are responsible for class attendance; no refunds or credits are given for missed classes. Families who miss a class will be given the opportunity to attend a “make-up” class in another class during the same session, space permitting.  Make-up spots are limited so please mark yourself absent if you know you will miss a class ahead of time, so your spot can be used by another family for a make-up.  Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but can be scheduled via our make-up scheduler if available.

Weather Cancellations: We generally adhere with the local school districts (Poudre, Thompson, and Weld RE-4) in regard to weather cancellations. Should public schools close due to inclement weather, classes at Music Together® Forest Song will likely be cancelled as well. In some cases, school will be canceled but class will still be held.  Please check our website Home Page (at the bottom under "Recent News") for the latest announcements regarding weather cancellations.

Cell Phone/Photo Policy: We ask that you minimize use of cell phones during class, as use easily distracts the children and adults from the class activities.  If you’d like to take a quick photo of your child please be discreet and respect others’ privacy.  Please inform all caregivers coming to class with your child of this policy.

Food and Drink Policy: We would like to do our best to avoid allergens, messes, and distractions, so we ask that you not bring food or beverages into the classroom.  Water or milk is permitted in a spill-proof container, and of course please feel comfortable to nurse your child!

Dates and Events: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to be aware of class dates and holidays. Music Together Forest Song will have scheduled breaks and holidays posted in the website’s calendar.

Health & Safety:

  • If your child has a fever or obvious signs of sickness, please stay home and attend a make-up class when your family is well.
  • Some locations have playground equipment nearby.  The use of equipment before or after class is used at your own risk and is not considered part of the Music Together Forest Song classes.
  • No weapons or firearms are allowed in any of our classes or at any of our events.
  • Children are allowed to move freely around the room, however, we redirect them from running and chasing to keep everyone safe.

Media Release:  I, on behalf of myself, my caregivers, and my child/children, hereby allow my teacher to take photos and videos to share with parents or post on the website, Music Together Forest Song social media accounts, newsletters, flyers, marketing materials, and other instances where Music Together Forest Song might need to promote classes. Any use of photographs will not include child or parent names.  I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. If I do not want photos taken of my child, I will email [email protected] to put my denial on file.

We never give your contact information or other private information out to anybody without your permission.  Music Together Forest Song will use your personal contact information for:
